Legbourne Mill in Louth, Lincolnshire was a working mill up until the end of the 1800’s where it was then converted into a residential home. It was in its prime as a lived-in mill house from the 1920’s through to the 70’s until it fell in to disrepair right up until it was purchased by its current owners in 2013.
With the new owners looking to restore it to its 1920’s residential heyday, they were also very keen to carry out the required renovations using mostly green building materials and methods.
Archi-Vista were commissioned in 2014 to produce a set of exterior visuals for the renovation of the Legbourne Mill site with the brief of conveying the project in its completed future state.
The trio of images in the sequence below are the planned renovations by the current owners of the Mill, which is now progressing well in its development today.
