Challenge:
This luxury private residence was severely water damaged when the glass casing of the aquarium housed inside the central staircase breached, resulting in the entire ground floor being flooded.
The refurbishment design was completed by our client U and I International and as part of their presentation material they required interior 3D visualisations of their proposed design. As the ground floor was completely open plan it was also well suited to a 360 CGI which we were asked to produce as part of the project brief.
What we did:
Working closely with the head interior designer we were able to build up the interior model using manually taken measurements combined with photo references.
We were also provided with a basic sketch up model of the kitchen which we customised to achieve the finished look you can see in the images.
For final furnishings and fixtures we had detailed product details to work from including the brass wine cooler appliance visible in the 360 CGI.
